Now, one of them, Brock Lesnar, is set to return to the Royal Rumble event after two years.
Brock Lesnar will appear at the Royal Rumble
Brock Lesnar last competed in a Royal Rumble match in 2023. Since then, former WWE Universal Champion Brock has not participated in the Royal Rumble or any other premium live event. After SummerSlam 2023, Brock disappeared from WWE for two years. He returned at SummerSlam 2025. Most recently, he participated in Survivor Series and played a key role in his team’s victory. Now, two years later, Brock is returning to the Royal Rumble. Triple H released a poster for the Royal Rumble premium live event on his social media, which also featured Lesnar.

In 2002, the Former WWE Universal Champion Brock Lesnar made his WWE debut. After that, he joined UFC and was absent from WWE for eight years in between. Despite this, Brock Lesnar has a strong record in the Royal Rumble match. The Beast won the Royal Rumble in 2003 and 2022. He is one of the wrestlers with the most Royal Rumble wins. The Beast is the superstar with the most eliminations in Royal Rumble history. He entered the 2020 Royal Rumble match early, and no one could stand against him for half the match. He eliminated Elias, Erick Rowan, Robert Roode, John Morrison, Kofi Kingston, Rey Mysterio, Big E, Cesaro, Shelton Benjamin, Shinsuke Nakamura, MVP, Keith Lee, and Braun Strowman. He holds the record for 13 eliminations.
