Celebrities are getting overwhelmed by commenting on the people belonging to the Scheduled Castes. After the arrest of cricketer Yuvraj Singh, Bollywood actress Yuvika Choudhary has surrendered before the Hansi police for making derogatory remarks in her blog against the scheduled caste society. Hansi police arrested actress Yuvika Chaudhary and the investigating officer has started interrogation at the DSP office Hansi. It should be noted that on May 25, film actress Yuvika Chaudhary had used derogatory language for the Scheduled Caste society by releasing a video on her blog. On which an FIR was lodged against her under the provisions of the Scheduled Castes and Tribes Atrocities Act by Rajat Kalsan, a Dalit rights activist, in the police station town Hansi under Hansi, Haryana.

Yuvika Chaudhary had created a video blog in May 2021, in which Yuvika was seen saying, ‘Whenever I make a blog, I always stand like a bhangi. I don’t get enough time to improve myself. I am feeling so bad and it is not giving me time to make a blog.
The actress had used the word Bhangi in that video, after which the demand for the arrest of the actress started rising. A Dalit activist had also filed a case against Yuvika in May.
In order to avoid arrest in this FIR, she had filed a petition for grant of anticipatory bail to the special court established under Scheduled Castes and Tribes Atrocities in Hisar. On which the victim and the accused side argued for two consecutive days on 7 and 8 October in the court of Ajay Teotia Additional Sessions Judge in Hisar, in which the victim side argued that actress Yuvika Chaudhary did not know the meaning of the controversial word and the said video was released.
Shortly after this, she also apologized by releasing another video. On this, the complainant Rajat Kalsan told the court that the controversial video was released by Yuvika Chaudhary on her blog with the intention of insulting the Dalit society and coming in the limelight and trying to get TRP. He said that Yuvika Chaudhary has accepted the release of the video by herself and has also confessed her crime by apologizing. He said that with this video, Yuvika Chaudhary has insulted the people of the entire scheduled caste and tribe society.

The actress did shows like ‘Astitva – Ek Prem Kahani’, ‘Dafa 420’, ‘Kumkum Bhagya’, ‘Bigg Boss 9’ and ‘Laal Ishq’.
She was given a break by Farah Khan in the film ‘Om Shanti Om’. After this, she appeared in ‘Naughty @40’, ‘To Baat Pakki’, ‘Yarana’, ‘Afra-Tafri’, ‘Summer 2007’ and a Punjabi film.
Significantly, Yuvika Chaudhary gains fame by working in the famous films Om Shanti Om and Big Boss starring Shahrukh Khan. Apart from this, he has also worked in many TV serials. She had also moved the High Court to quash the case registered against herself after the FIR was registered in Hansi’s police station about the video of her, but the High Court refused to grant her any interim relief.
