CM Punk and Bron Breakker in Survivor Series: WarGames

Bron Breakker is the future of WWE. Paul Heyman is working with him. Breakker pinned Punk in the Men’s WarGames match at Survivor Series 2025, leading his team to victory. On an episode of WWE Raw, Heyman spoke with General Manager Adam Pearce. Heyman then came to the ring and announced that CM Punk would defend his World Heavyweight Championship against Bron Breakker on the January 5, 2026, Raw show. Breakker has received his first World Title match in his career. WWE has already hinted at a major push for him. Now, it appears he will become champion in early 2026.

A Fatal 4-Way Match for the Women’s Tag Team Championship

In the main event of WWE Raw, Rhea Ripley and Io Sky faced Charlotte Flair and Alexa Bliss. This match was for the number one contender to the Women’s Tag Team Championship. The match was excellent. Suddenly, the Kabuki Warriors (Oska and Kairi Sane) appeared mid-match and attacked all four stars. The match ended in a draw. Bayley and Lyra Valkyria also entered and attacked the Kabuki Warriors. Finally, Liv Morgan, Raquel Rodriguez, and Roxanne Perez also entered, and the trio dominated. With this intense brawl, WWE announced that a Fatal 4-Way Match for the Women’s Tag Team Championship would soon be taking place.

Roman Reigns to go on break

Roman Reigns delivered a strong performance in the Men’s WarGames match. Despite his strong in-ring action, his team failed to secure victory. Tension was also evident between Roman and Cody Rhodes at the end. Reigns did not appear on the Raw episode, nor was any update provided. This clearly means that the Tribal Chief has once again gone on hiatus. By not mentioning his name, WWE has hinted that he will only appear on TV before the Royal Rumble event.
