Tridha made her first Bengali film debut in 2013 with the film Mishawr Rawhoshya, directed by Srijit Mukherji. She played the role of Rini in this film.
She appeared in 2014, in Jodi Love Dile Na Prane as Aaheli, also a Bengali film directed by Abhijit Guha and Sudesha Roy. In the same year, she acted in Khaad as Meghana directed by Kaushik Ganguly.
In 2015, she made her Telugu debut as Sanjana in the film Surya Vs Surya, the film was written and directed by Karthik Gattamaneni. She played the lead role opposite Nikhil Siddharth. In addition, she has made a short film in Bengali called Merry Christmas as Riya.
Later, she made her small-screen debut opposite Harshad Arora in the popular series Dehleez aired on Star Plus. Tridha as Swadheenta Ramakrishna.
After that, she launched an online web series named Spotlight as Sana Sanyal in collaboration with veteran actor Arif Zakaria, appeared on VU India, and starred as Vaidehi in Shei J Holud Pakhi, and as Aarti in Dulha Wanted.
